Crust: Walnuts & Dates (+ cinnamon if you like)
Cheesecake filling: Cashews & Coconut oil & Lemon & Real Vanilla & Agave & Pinch of salt
Strawberry layer: Strawberries & Agave
All I have to say is YO YO MA! This is even better than “real” cheesecake. A real treat! It’s kind of heavy but the lemon and strawberries makes it fresh. OH. This cheesecake is my new best friend! TRY IT!! (Sorry for no measurements - I encourage you to experiment for yourself! Or google..haha!) :))
