raw strawberry cheesecake 2.0

A few weeks ago I posted a “recipe” (more like an ingredients list) on a raw strawberry cheesecake. Since then I’ve been adjusting the recipe and ingredients a bit. Sometimes a recipe is good. But with a few adjustments it gets even better! In this new IMPROVED “recipe” I’ve removed the agave syrup completely and only used dates as a sweetener. I try to avoid most “syrups” (agave, rice syrup etc) these days as I feel they’re quite unnecessary and they should be consumed in very moderate quantities. HAHA this cake should also be consumed in very moderate quantities but yadda yadda. It’s so good! Make it and then invite some friends over. Here it is - Raw Strawberry Cheesecake 2.0;
Crust: Almonds, Dates, Cinnamon, Sea salt
Filling: Cashews, Coconut oil, Lime zest and juice, Strawberries, Vanilla, Dates, Sea Salt
(No measurements. You KNOW what to do!) GO A HEAD AND MAKE IT YA’LL!! :D
