Sweet 'n' green & tropical mango
What to do when bored? MAKE RAW FOOD BALLS! Here’s two different kinds I made yesterday:
Sweet and green spirulina ball (makes about 15)
The dried apricots in this recipe balance out the “sea flavor” of the spirulina perfectly and the lemon and ginger makes it very fresh tasting. Try them!

- 8-10 pieces of pre-soaked dried...

Raw Cacao Love
1. Unlike processed dark chocolate, antioxidants as well as vitamin c are preserved in raw cacao. By weight raw cacao contain more antioxidants than red wine, blueberries, acai, pomegranates and goji berries COMBINED!
2. Raw Cacao contain phenethylamine, a feel good neurotransmitter responsible for the feeling of love! Phenethylamine also increases focus and alertness.
3. It’s the...

I'm back!
Hi y’all! I’m back from a fantastic adventure in India. I’ve eaten a lot of wonderful food and several green coconuts (50 cent each!). The one on the picture I had after one hour on a camel and three hours in a crowded market in the holy city of Pushkar. WELL NEEDED!

Green Power Dressing
Sorry about the crappy mobile photo. But I improvised together this dressing at work today and it turned out so good I thought I’d share it. It’s a very fresh-tasting dressing and would be great on any salad or maybe to marinate some pasta or beans in. Simply do like this:
Take your vitamix or food processor and mix the following ingredients…
- 3 big handfuls of fresh parsley...

Things to like: Ombar
Ombar is a raw superfood chocolate bar that comes in various flavors. They’re sweetened with coconut (palm) sugar and some of them is even enriched with healthy probiotic bacterias. I think my favorite is still the acai and blueberry-version but this coconut flavored one was really creamy and “milk chocolaty”. Before I’ve only seen them in the UK but now they’ve...
